Sixteen Tips For Healthy Living,

1. Don't surround yourself in people who watch more than 2 hours of television a day, eat steak 'well done', know the characters of Two and a Half Men or refuse to try new things.

2. Take mind supplements

3. Don't eat meat.

4. Listen to a classic 60's psychedelic album in full at least once a month.

5. Have sex.

6. Prepare meals from scratch.

7. Don't be a dickhead (ie. Wearing trackpants, punching fags, yelling obnoxiously for no reason, listening to Kings of Leon and Nickelback, starting a celebrity/fashion blog, etc)

8. Avoid driving or catching public transport.

9. Vote for the Greens.

10. Be amongst nature.

11. Don't wear designer clothes.

12. Watch David Attenbourough's Planet Earth.

13. Read lots of different types of Literature.

14. Learn another language.

15. Dance.

16. Fall in love with your friends.
